At MERCA, all sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our releases and to protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your size, shipping address, and payment information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mercancialosangeles@gmail.com.

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MERCA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you with filing a claim.
